General terms and conditions

Our prices 

Our prices include all taxes (TVA inlcus). 

 

Reservations 

Reservations can be made by phone or email. An email confirmation is required to validate the reservation.

 

Coworking space 

Coworking spaces cannot be reserved. There are 4 in total.

 

People working in the coworking space are asked to make their calls in the designated area so as not to disturb other coworking users.

When you leave the coworking space, please do not leave your personal belongings behind. M43 accepts no responsibility for theft or damage.

 

Wifi - Internet

You can either connect to the Wifi network (codes are available in the various workspaces). You can also connect via the network sockets (RJ45). 

 

Printing and scanning 

Printing and scanning are free of charge. There's a fax machine in the coworking area (A4+A3) and a printer/scanner in the conference area (A4 only). To connect to the machines, please watch the videos available via links in the coworking or conference areas. 

 

Cafeteria - common area 

A communal kitchen area is available, equipped with hob, oven, microwave, coffee machine, tea kettle, plates, glasses, fridge, etc. 

 

A Candy Bar is also available.

 

Complimentary still and sparkling mineral water is also available. Please do not take bottles with you, as they are returnable.

 

Soft drinks available in the fridge are subject to a charge according to the displayed price list and payable by TWINT only. 

 

Payments

Payment to confirm a reservation must be made in advance. If payment is not made, the customer may not enter the coworking space or conference room. 

 

Payment can be made via Twint or Ebanking. Once payment has been made, the customer sends confirmation of payment by e-mail to info@m43.ch.

 

Once payment confirmation has been received, the customer is emailed the link to access the premises.

 

 

No-show - cancellation - refund

In the event of a no-show, the customer is not entitled to any refund.

 

Reservations must be cancelled at least 7 working days in advance. 

 

If the customer cancels outside this period, 100% of the booked service will be invoiced.

 

The general terms and conditions validated by the customer at the time of booking constitute an acknowledgement of debt in accordance with art. 82 of the Swiss Civil Code. 

 

M43 will only reimburse services in the event of illness or accident, and only on presentation of a medical certificate. 

 

The customer must take care of the equipment, furniture and objects provided. Should he break anything, he must inform M43.
